At LizandCo, we aim to get your orders to you quickly and safely. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 7–10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery Locations: We ship nationwide across Nigeria, with options for international shipping on request.
• Delivery Partners: We work with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery.
• Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery within Lagos takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Outside Lagos may take 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking code to monitor your package.
• Stockist Pick-Up: If you’d prefer, you can pick up from our stockist location to skip shipping time.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. LizandCo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues, but we’ll do our best to support you if any problem arises.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

• Processing Delays: Customs inspections may cause delivery delays beyond our estimated shipping time.
• Refusal of Package: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.
